General Prosecutor\'s Office repays almost 200 mln soms to Kyrgyzstan

General Prosecutor's Office repaid 196,439,781 soms to Kyrgyzstan, its press service informed.

It is noted that in 2016 through the anti-corruption and oversight of implementation of laws the prosecuting authorities conducted 9,099 inspections, the results of which have submitted 14,558 acts of prosecutorial response.

On detected violations opened 17 criminal cases. To the court filed 12 claims, 9 of which are satisfied, the Prosecutor General's Office noted.

From August to December 2016 the Bishkek Prosecutor General's Office inspected 260 construction projects, in 117 of them identified violations, and made 74 acts of responses, including a recall of permits for construction and installation work. 8 criminal cases were initiated and 5 claims submitted to the court, the press service said.
