‘Death groups.’ Bishkek teenagers saved from suicide
Meetings with participation of school directors and law enforcement agencies have been held in all four districts of Bishkek. The Mayor's Office reported.
In Oktyabrsky district, Inspectorate for Juvenile Affairs together with the 10th Police Department detained five minors and handed them over to the police department when they fulfilled the tasks of a provocative game on Instagram social network.
At about 6.00 p.m., police officers prevented an attempt of suicide by drunken minors.
In Sverdlovsky district of Bishkek, the police officers examined nine Internet clubs to detect teens staying there after 10.00 p.m. History of browsing dangerous web content has been studied. The inspection detected eight children. Three of them have been handed over to their parents, five were taken to the Crime Prevention Center.
In Leninsky district, it was decided to announce a month's campaign to strengthen control of computer clubs visiting by schoolchildren.
Talks with administrators of computer clubs to ban visits of minors during the learning process and after 10.00 p.m. have been held. All of them were warned about administrative measures against management of the clubs in repeated detection of minors.
