Kyrgyzstan offered to save on equipment for customs posts 

Kyrgyz Parliament deputies proposed the government to save money on the purchase of equipment for the customs posts. This idea was voiced at today's meeting of the committee on economic and fiscal policy by MP Nurlanbek Makeev.

At the meeting, the deputies consider the results of Kyrgyzstan's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union. Deputies asked where the allocated by Russia $200 million for technical assistance are.

It turned out that  the Russian company Crocus delivers X-ray systems for customs posts at the external border of the EEU for this money. The cost of one - $10 million.

"Finland uses mobile X-ray unit. It costs $850,000. For the money, which  were spent on stationary device, we can buy several mobile ones," Nurlanbek Makeev suggested.

Vice Prime Minister Oleg Pankratov said that Russia allocates money and decides which company delivers the equipment. Kyrgyzstan can't administer money at own discretion.
