Bishkek doctors prohibited complaining directly to authorities

Bishkek doctors were prohibited to complain directly to the authorities - the President, the Parliament, Government and Mayor's Office. The ban was imposed by the Bishkek Department of Health.

The document was issued by its director Kubanychbek Kulbatyrov.

Doctors are prohibited to directly turn to the authorities with requests for additional funds, which are not included in the budget.

Violators will face disciplinary action, including dismissal. 

Earlier, the Ministry of Health prohibited doctors to give comments to the media and use the Internet during working hours.
