Boeing 747 crash. Second ‘black box’ found 

The second 'black box' was found at the site of Turkish cargo plane crash. Minister of Transport and Roads Zhamshitbek Kalilov told 24.kg news agency.

According to him the flight recorders have been handed over to the experts of IAC. The 'black boxes' will be sent to Moscow for decoding. "If they can not get information from them, they will be sent to France or the United States, because the aircraft was manufactured in the United States," Zhamshitbek Kalilov added.

He stressed that the experts of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) started inspection of the crash site. They divided into three groups. 300 rescue officers are at the scene.

It is clarified that engineering equipment is not involved in the work till experts do not finish filming and the description of the scene.
