"The peak of effect from accession to the Eurasian Economic Union will fall on 2016," the Deputy Economy Minister of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Imanaliev said today at a press conference.
According to him, after the official accession of Kyrgyzstan to the Eurasian Economic Union the economic entities began adapting to the new conditions. Such a process can not be rapid. Besides, the Kyrgyz Republic's joining to the EEU has coincided with the global crisis.
"We have to clearly understand that the phenomena that occur in response to falling world energy prices, and sanctions against Russia are closely connected with our economy. We would feel the effect even without accession to the EEU. The economic crisis that we are experiencing now could be stronger. Joining the alliance mitigated the consequences. Today we have a positive trend of economic growth in contrast to our neighbors," Daniyar Imanaliev said.
