"One should continue the work on forming of a unified legal framework of the Union and the removal of barriers and withdrawals in mutual trade of the EEU," Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
"As the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan said, we are in a difficult economic situation compared to that in which the Union was created. The situation in the global economy is complex and not fully calculated. Turbulence is observed at the stock and capital markets. The sanctions' pressure affects Russia's economy, and the hydrocarbon market is at the phase of uncertainty," Dmitry Medvedev said and noted that stabilization of the situation and attraction of investors will take time.
